Position Summary

The Project Support Coordinator position will be responsible for providing help and support with day-to-day tasks at the EGW KY Compliance Center. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the facility is organized and that daily tasks are completed efficiently.

The position involves proctoring or monitoring written examinations and tests to prevent cheating and ensure fair administration. This role requires vigilance, meticulous attention to detail, and strong ethical standards. Proctors play a key role in the integrity of the evaluation process. To become an official proctor, the candidate must take a two-hour on-line course to become a certified proctor.

The primary duties and responsibilities for this position include:

  • Scheduling and Coordination: Managing calendars, scheduling contractors for evaluations and assuring the evaluator scheduled is qualified to evaluate the tasks assigned.
  • Communicating with the clients and contractors to ensure smooth business transactions.
  • Data Entry and Record Keeping: Entering and managing data in various systems, maintaining organized files, databases, and records.
  • Proctoring computer-based testing (CBT) and examinations to prevent cheating. Verifying the identity of test-takers before the exam begins and provide clear instructions and guidelines to students.
  • General office management: Ordering supplies, managing inventory, and assisting with general office tasks.
  • Providing administrative assistance to managers and other employees.

  • Acting as a point of contact for customers, clients, or suppliers via email, over the phone or in person

Required Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Three or more years' experience working in an office environment.
  • Experienced skills using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Reliable mode of transportation
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ethical and professional behavior
  • Dependability and punctuality
  • Ability to follow and enforce testing protocols.

Other Requirements

A Project Support Coordinator is a Safety-Sensitive position, pre- and post-employment screenings, including but not limited to drug testing as outlined by the Department of Transportation (DOT) and Pipeline & Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA), and motor vehicle record (MVR) background checks are required.
