Coordinate day-to-day tasks and responsibilities including, but not limited to Repair Station work order management, supply orders, expense budgets and SAP oversight. Candidate will be required to interface with customers; hangar personnel and company departments to ensure efficient work order flow in the hangar and final invoicing to customer. He/she must also possess strong organizational skills, follow-up, proactive approach to new processes, correction of process deficiencies, computer and personal relation skills. Candidate must have a strong understanding of aircraft and FAA requirements. This is a CONTRACT role.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1.

Timely and efficient management of CMRO work orders

Work closely with the hangar Maintenance Supervisor & Quality Control Manager to develop work order setup structure that meets the work demands of Maintenance and Quality personnel

Strong interface with MPTS and hangar supervision to ensure accuracy of parts & labor sold to work orders

4.

Develop a database system to track work orders ensuring they are ready for closure and invoiced as required to support consistent revenue stream

Limited involvement with FAA audit process through Quality Control Manager

Ensure filing systems for all parts and aircraft paperwork are consistently used. Paperwork must be tracked "cradle to grave".

7.

Ensure that all hard copy documentation, required by the Repair Station, is included with the closed work order

8.

Create file system of hard copy work order packages within the Repair Station, which must be kept for two years and updated on a continuous basis. This system must ensure that all work order files, older than two years, are routinely moved from the Repair Station to an outside storage facility

9.

In conjunction with QC Manager and Maintenance Supervisor, develop and

continuously implement, SAP Task Lists (Work Paks).

10.

Oversee and manage billing DP90 function in SAP for invoicing customers

Education

High School Diploma, Associates Degree a plus

Experience

4-5 years in FAA 145 environment

Competencies & Attributes

Working knowledge of SAP, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, good understanding of MS Office products, able to multi-task and work under pressure.

Licensure/Certification

A&P Certificate a plus, MS Office training preferred
