We are seeking a confident and detail-oriented Medical Biller to join our team. This role is essential in managing the full billing cycle, including insurance processing, payment posting, and patient communication regarding outstanding balances. This position is FULLY ONSITE. The ideal candidate will be proactive in resolving claim denials and advocating on behalf of the clinic with insurance companies. Strong charge entry and billing software skills are essential. Key Responsibilities: * Prepare and submit insurance claims for medical procedures and services * Process payments and post charges accurately * Communicate with patients regarding outstanding balances and collect payments * Investigate and resolve insurance denials and discrepancies * Maintain accurate billing records and documentation * Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure billing accuracy Qualifications *** Must have 2 years of billing experience Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $25.00/hr.
