Electrical Assembler

Acara Solutions is seeking an Electrical Assembler for our client in East Syracuse, NY!

Type: Temp to Direct

Hourly Rate: 19/HR
Schedule: 6:30AM to 2PM, Monday-Friday

This position is responsible for assembling mechanical and electrical components, ensuring high product quality, and supporting production efficiency in a collaborative, team-based environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble mechanical and electrical components for HVAC leak detection and diagnostic equipment.
• Perform functional testing and package units with the appropriate accessories according to specifications.
• Accurately follow Operational Method Sheets (OMS) and verbal instructions to complete tasks efficiently.
• Use SAP (MRP system) to process material replenishments, production completions, and scrap/reject transactions.
• Collaborate effectively with team members, contribute to a positive work environment, and suggest improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required; candidates pursuing an associate or bachelor's degree are encouraged to apply.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to work precisely and efficiently.
• Comfortable lifting up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions and documentation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience with mechanical or electrical assembly.
• Background in logistics or manufacturing operations.
