This hands-on role supports warehouse operations and distribution activities, ensuring the accurate handling, documentation, and dispatch of materials-both domestically and internationally. Key Responsibilities Handle incoming and outgoing materials safely and efficiently Process and coordinate domestic and international shipments Verify shipment counts and dispatch materials for secondary operations Update and maintain data in our ERP system (SAP) Prepare documentation and assist in logistics coordination Support receiving, storage, and distribution processes Required Qualifications Computer savvy with ability to learn new systems; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Hands-on experience with SAP or similar ERP systems Knowledge of import/export processes and shipping regulations Previous experience in warehouse operations, shipping, and receiving Commitment to safety and understanding of safe work practices Preferred Qualifications Forklift certification or hands-on experience operating a forklift Experience with cycle counting and inventory management Familiarity with Bills of Lading (BOLs) and packing slip documentation Why Join Us? Salary guidelines for similar roles at Belcan are $27.00-30.00 per hour.
