Insurance Agent

Staffmark is hiring a motivated Insurance Agent in Hillsboro, OH! This direct hire role with a growing agency focuses on new business development and offers strong commission and renewal potential. If you're driven, people-focused, and ready to grow your career, apply today!

Annual Salary: $45,000 - $50,000

Commission Structure:

• 40% commission on all new business
• 27.5% on commercial renewals
• 15% on small business and personal lines renewals
• 50% on all life insurance policies

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Sell a range of insurance products including personal, commercial, and life policies
• Prospect and develop new business opportunities
• Follow up on leads and close sales
• Maintain strong client relationships to grow renewals and generate referrals

Qualifications:

• Active insurance license preferred (training may be provided for the right local candidate)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on growth and success
