Position Title: Quality Inspector

Wage: $18-$20/hour

Shift: 1st

Hours: 7am-6pm Monday-Thursday

Precision-driven and detail-focused, the Quality Inspectors are committed to catching issues before they become problems, ensuring every product meets the highest standards of safety, function, and performance. Quality Inspector Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Understand and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Work Instruction documentation

- Perform inspection tasks to ensure products meet established quality standards

- Conduct tests and inspect mechanical and dimensional characteristics, general appearance, damage, or nonconformities

- Prepare inspection reports and validate rejection documentation (e.g., First Articles)

- Assist with rejection decisions and support other employees in quality-related tasks

- Report defective materials, improper operations, faulty equipment, or unusual conditions to the

- Assist in cross-training of quality functions

- Maintain accurate records and necessary files

- Keep work areas clean and organized

- Participate in all ISO, Safety, and Health programs, including policies and training requirements

- Perform other related duties as required or directed

Quality Inspector Requirements:

- Some physical exertion required

- Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, bend, and move about the production floor

- Occasionally lift items up to 50 pounds; assistance required for anything heavier

- 2 years of experience in quality preferred

- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions

- Ability to read and follow drawings and inspection procedures

- Ability to program inspection on equipment

- Basic computer skills, particularly in shop floor control and production planning
