Position: Nurse Practitioner, NP or Physician Assistant, PA - Family Medicine
Shift: Full Time, 40 hours/week. Monday - Friday 8 hour day shift. No weekend or Holiday requirements

Experience:
1. 2 years Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant experience in Family Medicine or Primary care required.
2. Minimum of 2 years Nursing experience in related area preferred.

Education:
1. Completion of a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program required.
2. MSN Required.

Licensures/Certifications:
1. Licensed by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing Examiners as a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner or Must be certified or new graduate who is eligible for certification by the NCCPA (National Commission for Certification of Physician Assistants).
2. Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) required.
3. May require PALS (pediatric advanced life support).
4. Successful completion of the MLH credentialing process through the Medical Staff office, with temporary or permanent privileges approved.
