International Logistics Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented International Logistics Specialist to manage and optimize our global supply chain operations, ensuring the timely, cost-effective, and compliant delivery of products across borders.

Work You'll Do:

• Coordinate end-to-end logistics operations, including import/export processes, transportation, and warehouse management.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with freight and shipping companies, negotiate contracts and rates.
• Ensure compliance with domestic and international laws and regulations related to shipping and trade.
• Monitor logistics performance, resolve documentation or delivery issues, and implement improvements as needed.
• Collaborate with internal departments to align logistics processes with overall company operations and prepare detailed reports of activities.

Basic Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an International Logistics Specialist or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of global logistics operations and international trade regulations.
• Familiarity with shipping documentation such as bills of lading, commercial invoices, and packing lists.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with logistics software and systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, International Business, or related field.
• Certification in supply chain or logistics management are a plus.
• Experience working with international carriers and customs authorities.
