Reporting will include key operational metrics, exception based reporting, and complex ad hoc analytics to gain insights for continuous improvement and decision making. You will maintain relationships with key business partners and Information Technology to support projects focused on the development of reporting solutions and provide data analysis for moderately complex reporting and analytics projects with limited oversight. WHAT YOU GET TO DO * Lead the data design architecture, model development, visual layer creation and implementation of analytical dashboards to provide key business insights * Design and deploy best in class exception-based reporting solutions that drive action * Deploy best practices and coding standards to utilize data resources efficiently * Work closely with Information Technology to support and influence the design of enterprise-wide business intelligence solutions * Consult with internal customers on how they can effectively utilize data in decision making processes * Present and clearly communicate complex information to all levels of the organization * Communicate the benefits of different analytical tools, document reporting requirements, and assist in selecting the right reporting strategy to meet business needs * Accurately perform complex data analytics to break down and solve problems WHAT WE VALUE * Results Orientation - Moderate * Strategic Orientation - Moderate * Collaboration & Influencing - Moderate * Developing Organizational Capability - Moderate * Continuous Improvement Mindset - High * Customer Focus - High * Business Acumen - Moderate * Decision Making & Analysis - Moderate * Compelling Communication - High * Planning & Organizing - Moderate WHAT WE WANT FROM YOU * Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain, Accounting, Finance, or a related field * 3 or more years of reporting or data analytics experience (within a manufacturing company preferred) * Strong analytical skills with an aptitude for systems, data, and technology * Basic knowledge of ERP systems and key business processes of a manufacturing company * Demonstrated high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) * Demonstrated Project Management skills or willingness to complete AFNA Project Management training * High proficiency within common analytics tools (Microsoft Power BI focus) * High proficiency using coding languages (SQL, DAX, M focus) * Strong understanding of data architecture concepts * Travel percentage 0-15 OurExpectationsWe expect our people to be guided by The Amcor Way and demonstrate our Values every day to enable the business to win.
