AVP, Strategy & Activation

GENERAL SUMMARY:

The AVP of Strategy & Activation ensures strategy execution, tracking, communication, reporting, etc. across the organization. Additionally, ensures the organization achieves real understanding and agreement of the strategic initiatives. This position will provide clarity for all areas through ensuring employees understand the details of the strategic plan and how their work connects to the goals and assists with making strategic plans happen. This leader works with and across all businesses as a consultant to ensure the establishment of specific plans, deliverables, and measurable objectives in order to drive progress and achieve desired results. The AVP is someone who challenges the status quo mindset and creates an environment that stimulates new idea creation and acts as a central hub/consultant in the process. This position reports to the Vice President of Strategy & Activation.
