Job Overview:

The Customer Account Specialist is a pivotal role that embodies our commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience and fostering robust channel engagement for our strategic sales accounts on a global scale. The position will support in the execution of our strategic initiatives, via competitive pricing, heightened customer satisfaction, and optimal service levels. Serving as the point of contract for customer support enquiries, the position will ensure seamless engagement from initial inquiry to post-delivery follow-up.A successful candidate will bring an energetic spirit, thriving in a collaborative and dynamic work environment focused on the end customer. Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for strategic account customers, ensuring a seamless support experience from pre- to post-order processes.
Process and manage customer orders, quotes, returns, and inquiries.
Spearhead customer order management across various channels to guarantee fulfillment and satisfaction.
Communicate effectively with customers, setting clear expectations and providing updates on order statuses, potential delays, and issue resolutions.
Foster customer loyalty by developing strong relationships with key accounts and proactively addressing their needs.
Troubleshoot and resolve pricing and order discrepancies, serving as the first escalation point for customer issues.
Collaborate cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement in customer satisfaction and delivery performance through lean process initiatives.
Utilize CRM tools to maintain comprehensive customer records and manage orders efficiently.
Lead and influence cross-functional teams and projects without direct authority to ensure customer-centric outcomes.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred)
1-3 years of experience in customer service, account management, or a related field
Ability to learn how to utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce, Zendesk or other software to maintain comprehensive customer records and manage orders efficiently
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Willingness to adopt a customer-first approach with a track record of advocacy and problem resolution.
Strategic acumen with a keen understanding of marketing and sales techniques.
