Position Summary:



The Bochein (Placement Coordinator) of UTS (Undergraduate Torah Studies) is responsible for meeting with incoming students and to place them into the appropriate shiurim and UTS programs. Assessments are made in person or on Zoom and are an important part of our recruitment efforts as well as our maintaining of standards and academic rigor.



Position Responsibilities:




  • Interview students and determine what UTS program they should attend



Experience & Educational Background:




  • Rabbinic Ordination
  • Ability to read and write in Hebrew
  • Previous experience working with college-level students



Skills & Competencies:




  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to read people and situations quickly
  • Confident and timely decision-making skills



Salary Range:



$36.06 - $36.06 per hour
