Specialty Leasing Representative

The Specialty Leasing Representative provides organizational support to a professional Sales Manager and is an integral part of the Specialty Leasing department's success. This position has potential for career growth and will be provided significant insight into numerous business units including leasing, sponsorship, marketing and property management.

Essential Functions



  • Works in conjunction with the Specialty Leasing Manager to meet and or exceed projected income budget.
  • Generate new businesses and prospects for Specialty Leasing and Permanent Leasing programs.
  • Ability to connect and partner with local and regional business owners using a myriad of Social Media platforms.
  • Monitors partner activities and resolves problems in conjunction with the Specialty Leasing Manager.
  • Able to work with best in class brands on retail outlets, experiential programs, and Pop Up locations.
  • Ensure retailers have a daily in-person presence to help foster overall vision, tenant mix and reach property goals.
  • Assist Property Team to ensure build-out plans and construction schedules are carried out in a timely manner.
  • Partner with Operations and tenant from start to finish by working with tenant on layout, grand opening plans and merchandising.
  • Assists in creating collateral for sales and partnership initiatives.
  • Oversees and monitors temporary tenant payments, sales reports and financial reports in conjunction with the Specialty Leasing Manager.
  • Maintains management database programs such as Salesforce and MRI.
  • Create lease agreements in Salesforce and track deals through the workflow from inception to execution to store opening.

Qualifications, Education and Experience



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
