Description Home Health and Hospice Professional - Clinical Req #: 37260 Summary: The Quality Review Coordinator role is responsible for accurate ICD code assignments for Home Health and Hospice services. This role will also assist with continuous quality improvement activities in the agency and provide training to staff. Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) Education: Bachelor's Degree in a related field required. License/Certifications: Current State license in a clinical field if appropriate. OASIS Certification preferred. Experience: Experience in Home Health preferred. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: N/A Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: Knowledge or willingness to learn ICD coding and coding guidelines.
