The Center for Integration Science at Brigham and Women's Hospital is seeking a top-performing student to join our team as a Research Assistant.
We are searching for a highly motivated individual to provide support to our Boston-based team in data cleaning and developing process maps. This position offers flexible time commitments ranging from 10-30 hours per week and provides an excellent opportunity for a motivated student to gain valuable research experience while balancing their academic commitments.
As a Research Assistant, you will be responsible for providing technical and administrative support to the central team. Expected responsibilities include assistance with data cleaning and documentation by supporting general data review, collating unit costs, and building process maps. The selected candidate will also contribute to research efforts by conducting literature reviews and other research-related tasks under team guidance. No prior experience is required-we are seeking a candidate with an enthusiastic attitude, an eagerness to learn, and strong time management skills.

High School Diploma or Equivalent required

Licenses and Credentials

Experience
Enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program 0-1 year required and Math, statistics, or programming background of coursework 0-1 year preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Basic Computer literacy.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
- Attention to Detail.
- Good Organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good Customer service skills.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
-Familiarity with visualization tools such as LucidChart preferred but not required
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Interest in global health and social justice
-Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
-Availability to work flexible hours based on project needs
