In this role you will have the opportunity to design, implement and provide oversight of organizational learning and development systems to strengthen employee knowledge and abilities, and improve leadership capabilities to support the overall health of the organization. Work with the organization's executive team and senior leadership to identify and diagnose organization needs, objectives, design programs, and initiatives to meet those objectives, and ensure delivery systems are efficient and cost-effective. Provide support and guidance through change management by helping the organization adjust to large-scale transitions. This role will have 2 direct reports. What We Offer You:
