Job Title: Service Consultant

Location(s): Newark, DE

Position Description:

"Experienced Professional" This position is expected to contribute in the administrative tasks for digital solution of the area training delivery, as well as to provide application management service in a self-managed and target oriented manner, and thus contributes to team results. Position focuses on analyzing, administration, clarification or documentation of processes, technologies and systems, which includes:


  • Clarification, documentation and review of application relevant topics, incl. application baselining, AMP documentation, operational manual, HDPR, risk review and mitigation, access review.
  • Support Administrative tasks within Event Management Tool and Learning Management System.
  • Support Maintenance Activities of Administrate (a Learning management tool/event management tool) etc.
  • SENSE Support tickets (SENSE is a support ticket tool that allows customers to ask for assistance with Administrate tool).


Knowledge and skills:


  • Basic knowledge of Learning Management System and/or Event Management System.
  • Good attention to detail and structure.
  • Work with carefulness and dedication.
  • Good written and spoken English skill.
  • Team spirit and good communication skill.
