CNC Programmer

• Develop, test, and refine CNC programs using CamWorks and/or MasterCam 3D
• Create tool lists, setup sheets, and source necessary tooling
• Edit and improve existing CNC programs as needed
• Design custom work holding fixtures in SolidWorks (jaws, vacuum fixtures, etc.)
• Read and compare NC file code for machining accuracy

• Proven experience programming from CAD models, PDFs, and parts lists
• In-depth knowledge of GD&T, linear/ordinate dimensioning, and hole prep for inserts (helicoils, keenserts, etc.)
• Strong file management skills and familiarity with Windows, Microsoft Office, and Adobe tools
• Solid understanding of manufacturing specs and machining tolerances
