   Open a case for every inquiry, including those that can be resolved during the first call or e-mail, as well as inquiries that require substantive research or a responseEnsure accuracy in processing and responding within service level guidelinesAssist and resolve retirement plan participant requests and issues:
    
     Obtain account informationAnswer questionsExecute transactionsRespond to plan questionsProcess benefit paymentsAdditional responsibilities as assigned Preferred Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: 
   High School Diploma or GED Zero to Two years of relevant work experience in the retirement planning industryProficient use of applicable technologyAdvanced computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookExperience with digital data management/filling system is an assetAbility to manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneouslyExcellent written/verbal communication skills and use of grammarExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to adapt to a changing environmentAbility to follow standard proceduresAbility to work cooperatively with othersAbility to build relationships and trust with internal and external clients and other key stakeholders The hourly rate for this job in this market is $17.50-$19.00. The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the education, experience, and skill set of the individual selected for this position. The compensation above is not representative of an employee's total compensation.
