The System Strategy Advisor conducts comprehensive analysis, planning, and development of strategic initiatives that span the entire spectrum of healthcare services. Collaborates closely with hospital and health system executives to interpret and implement the strategic plan across various geographic markets and service lines. Provides expert guidance on strategic matters such as service development, market expansion, capital investments, and physician workforce planning. Working alongside executives and subject matter experts, this role crafts specialized strategies for areas such as surgery, neonatology, cardiology, organ transplantation, respiratory health, cancer and blood disorders, digestive health, neurosciences, and mental health services. Other Information SCOPE AND LEVEL Guidelines: Fully qualified, full performance or journey level. Complexity: Duties assigned are generally complex and may be of substantial intricacy. Communications: Contacts with team members, clients or the public where explanatory or interpretive information is exchanged, defended, and gathered and discretion and judgment are required within the parameters of the job function. Supervision Received: Performs work with minimal supervisory oversight. Under general supervision, the employee receives assignments and is expected to carry them through to completion with substantial independence. Work is reviewed for adherence to instructions, accuracy, completeness, and conformance to standard practice or precedent. Recurring work clearly covered by guidelines may or may not be reviewed. Salary Information Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience. Annual Salary Range (Based on 40 hours worked per week): $109,636.42 to $164,454.63 Benefits Information Here, you matter.
