About the role: You will be an active problem solver to support business operations to identify and implement improved processes, you will perform analysis and metrics reporting to establish effectiveness and return on investment. This position requires a strong knowledge of Project Management practices and will include management and reporting for a diverse project portfolio.

*This is a full-time hybrid position:

Hybrid Schedule: Monday & Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays

About the team: This dynamic role supports the FINTEL Product Adoption Team and ChexSystems line of business. The Product Adoption team provides a proactive, high-touch client engagement focused approach to foster revenue growth, effective use of our products, and attrition prevention. Additionally, we support the ChexSystems business and provide project management for a diverse project portfolio including Technical, Compliance, Product Launch and Sunset, and annual reoccurring projects.

What you will be doing:

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Performing research and analysis to support business operations and presents findings to the director.
  • Project/Program management: Works on multiple projects as a project leader. Works on projects/issues of medium to high complexity that require demonstrated knowledge across multiple analytical areas and business segments. Works under minimal supervision on complex projects.
  • Executive reporting (including OKRs and KPIs)
  • Management and reporting for Team of Teams

  • Knowledge of basic financial analysis principles and ratios
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to audiences of various levels in the organization, e.g., executive, management, individual contributors, and clients
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, interpersonal, team, customer service, negotiation, conflict management and time management skills
  • Is resourceful and proactive in gathering information and sharing ideas
  • Experience of 5-10 years of Analysis, reporting and Project Management Experience and/or an equivalent of education and experience combined.
  • Travel percentage for this role: up to 25%

Added Bonus if you have:

  • Knowledge of FIS' products and services and/or financial services industry
  • Knowledge of the business goals, objectives and business operations for the appropriate FIS organization
  • Knowledge of FCRA and GLBA Regulations
  • Project Management Professional Certification and/or Aha! (or other product management tools) experience
  • Chief of Staff Certification

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $84,720.00 - $142,320.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
