About this role

The RPO Account Lead will execute all steps of the placement cycle for our customer and their orders while complying with company policy, employment law and code of business conduct. The RPO Account lead will also serve as the point of the contact for the client and Adecco stakeholders and provide daily oversight for the recruitment team.

What you'll be doing

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Top-down strategy implementation with Client and Adecco stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain relationship with client
  • Actively drive partnership processes, partnerships, and hiring events.
  • Assist in the oversight of your Adecco colleagues to meet the Service Level Agreements of our Client as a team
  • Provide day to day guidance to recruiters
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent and fill open positions in a timely manner
  • Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, comparing qualifications to job requirements.
  • Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, media, and internet sites
  • Leverage resources to recruit the highest caliber candidates through online social networking and job boards, community involvement, professional networking, and local media resources.
  • Facilitate client-specific onboarding process.
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
  • Assist with additional responsibilities that may include post-start roundtables and exit surveys
  • Reports to and communicates all issues of escalation to client
  • Participate in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of relevantwork experience in staffing, recruiting or HR
  • A minimum of two to five years ofmanagerial/supervisory experience in the service providerindustry is preferred.
  • Experience with Client/Account Management
  • Excellent organizational, attention to detail, and customer service skills required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) also required.
  • Strong time management skills
  • Capable of handling problem resolution in a calm and clear manner.
  • Must have the ability to learn new software and navigate the internet with ease.
  • Achievement oriented: thrives in fast paced, high-volume environments, exceeds goals, lifelong learner.
  • Problem solver: identifies challenges, proactively seeks, and recommends creative solutions.
  • Recruiting guru: expert on the market for talent, up to date on labor and employment laws, able to use applicant tracking system, knows how to find talent through innovative sourcing and recruiting techniques.

  • Productivity expert: self-motivated, sets priorities, meets deadlines, handles multiple tasks simultaneously.

Benefit offerings for full-time employment include medical, dental, vision, term life and AD&D insurance, short-term and long-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, wellness plans, and a 401k plan or a non-qualified deferred compensation plan. Available paid leave includes Personal Time Off (PTO) on an accrual basis up to 152 hours a year, 10 Paid Holidays, 1 Community Service Day, and up to 6 weeks of Paid Parental Leave. PTO and holiday hours are prorated based on hire date within the calendar year.
