Senior IS Operations Manager for User access management

IS Service Owner

In this role, you will have the opportunity to successfully develop and implement security measures for ABB in your area of responsibility. Each day, you will protect ABB from rapidly escalating threats. You will also showcase your expertise by staying vigilant in combating security threats, taking charge of the organization's cybersecurity, and keeping track of existing security infrastructure to ensure systems that protect vital information are secured.

This role is contributing to the IS Services in India or Globally.
You will be mainly accountable for:
*Defines and operates user access management processes on User lifecycle management applications
*Ensures the processes are aligned to overall IAM objectives across platforms such as Active Directory (AD), Azure Active Directory (AAD), and other Cloud Infrastructure Entitlement Management (CIEM) platforms.
*Ensures lifecycle management, and offboarding of accounts, including external users, contractors, and partners.
*Collaborates with business units to define and enforce access policies for ensuring compliance with organizational security standards and regulatory requirements.
*Monitors and mitigates risks associated with account misuse, proactively addressing potential vulnerabilities
*Coordinates Change and Release Management process in alignment with Core processes.

• Bachelor's or master's Degree, preferably in Computer Sciences, Engineering, Math or similar
• ITIL V4 foundation, MS AD, Azure
• Security certifications preferable.
• 15 plus years of relevant experience preferred
