Position Title: Beverage Program Manager

Reports To: Director of Retail

Salary: $90000-$95000 / year

Location: Central US (IL, WI, TX, MN, CO)

Job Summary

The Beverage Program Manager reports directly to the Director of Retail with a primary focus on development and growth of the Non-Alcoholic Beverage program. The Manager role is responsible for managing the end to end program implementation and execution and collaboration with the field, marketing, procurement, operations and distribution. The Manager will collaborate closely with retail experts, data and operational teams to support planning and implementation. The ideal candidate would reside within the central U.S. (IL, WI, TX, MN, CO).

  • Analyzes procurement and sales trends to identify top/bottom performers
  • In field operational support to implement beverage SOPs and best practices; opening and refresh
  • Leads beverage marketing and program initiatives to drive sales
  • Manages budgets and forecasting for category to ensure targets are met
  • Develops processes, procedures and communication plans to engage key stakeholders and scale
  • Works closely with procurement and distribution teams as well as suppliers to identify, vet program growth opportunities
  • Collaborates on national programs; promotions, auto-shipments, etc
  • Works with optimization team to deliver performance analysis and reporting
  • This role will manage all sector and field communications to support program and operational success

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborates across a matrixed organization, suppliers and clients and end users.
  • Monitors the industry and competitive landscape. Analyzes trend and internal data, sourcing, and pricing.
  • Achieves goals measured by KPIs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in business, project management or related field
  • 5+ years professional experience in retail, CPG, Beverage company
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Business acumen to analyze category performance and make recommendations
  • Analytical skills and firm understanding of data sources, modeling and executive level reporting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Specifically Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
  • Strong presentation, written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to travel
