Manger Outpatient Practice

Inova Health - OBGYN McLean is looking for a dedicated Manager of Outpatient Practice to join the team. This role is Full-time working 8am-4:30pm Monday to Friday.

Manager of Outpatient Practice Job Responsibilities:

• Demonstrates appropriate troubleshooting/problem resolution skills related to practice processes and workflows.
• Collaborates with the Director of Outpatient Practices or other designated leader to successfully resolve issues within established deadlines.
• Coordinates Provider office schedules. Monitors patient volumes, patient access, and level of patient service to ensure patient satisfaction.
• Ensures regulatory compliance with federal and/or state authorities as well as all other external governing authorities.
• Partners with related departments such as Physician Billing, Patient Financial Services, and Medical Records to identify opportunities for financial improvement.
• Oversees Outpatient Practice in conjunction with the Director of Outpatient Practices or other designated leader to ensure it is performing effectively, which may include but is not limited to, hiring and training team members, creating and implementing business strategies, managing the performance of team members, and delegating tasks.
• May perform additional duties as assigned.

Manager of Outpatient Practice Additional Requirements:

• Work schedule: Full-time working 8am-4:30pm Monday to Friday.
• Education: Bachelor's Degree OR three years of management experience preferred.
• Experience: Three years of management experience OR Three years of experience in an outpatient practice setting OR Completion of a 12-month graduate administrative fellowship partnering closely with Inova senior leadership in Ambulatory strategic initiatives.
• Preferred: 3 years ambulatory experience as an Outpatient Practice Manager
