About the role - you will:

  • Sustaining engineering in disk backend and testing process in a R&D pilot line environment.
  • Work with engineers to conduct engineering experiments.
  • Process and test data collection and analysis.
  • Monitor real time data from process tools and the take corrective actions for out-of-control situations.
  • Work independently and with engineers to troubleshoot and provide a solution.
  • Solving engineering problems and support Pilot Line operation.

Your experience includes:

  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point) is a must
  • Hard drive, media process and/or testing knowledge and experience is preferred
  • Mechanical, electrical and software knowledge/background is a plus
  • Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma practices
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline, science/engineering is preferred

Location:

The estimated base salary range for this position is $29.75,00 - $43.36,00. The individual salary is based on work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
