Description -This manager will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, support, and optimization of the Epic Hospital Billing (HB), Professional Billing (PB), and Single Billing Office (SBO) applications. This role involves managing a team of 12 analysts, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring that the applications meet the organization's needs and regulatory requirements. -Lead and manage a team of FTEs made up of Lead Analysts, Senior Analysts, and Analysts. -Provide guidance, training, and performance evaluations to team members. -Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets. -Run operations group meetings with the functional stakeholders -Manage the vendor relationships for third party applications- claims vendor, claims clearing house, etc. -Oversee the implementation and maintenance of EPIC HB, PB, and SBO applications. -Ensure applications are optimized for efficiency and effectiveness. -Coordinate with clinical and business departments to understand their needs and translate them into application requirements. -Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful completion. -Develop and implement project plans, including scope, goals, and deliverables. -Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary. -Serve as the primary point of contact for all Epic HB, PB, and SBO-related matters. -Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior management, clinical staff, and IT teams. -Facilitate meetings and presentations to keep stakeholders informed of project status and application performance.
