Position SummaryThis position will support the facilities and corporate services needs of our North Dakota offices. This individual must be driven to problem solve and address expansion/maintenance needs to office facilities while providing quality service to an internal client base. This position is based in Williston or Watford City, North Dakota but will support and maintain all North Dakota Office Facilities and their needs. Hybrid work schedule is an option for remote work on Mondays and Fridays. Level and salary commensurate with experience. Essential Job Functions* Identify and oversee facility related needs and daily operations functions* Maintain a high-quality overall appearance of the property and buildings while ensuring daily maintenance providing a clean, safe and professional environment* Coordinate maintenance/repair services on a timely basis for all buildings and propertiesincluding but not limited to electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, fire detection/protection,access controls, security, roads, fencing, drainage, janitorial, landscaping and waste removal* Work with Houston Corporate Services Manager and Williston Management regarding building expansion and retrofit projects* Collaborate with architects, general contractors/subs, and corporate support groups regarding design and development of building expansion and retrofit projects* Coordinate and assist with office moves* Manage space planning, with the goal to maximize space utilization* Supervision of administrative staff in each location* Prepare and steward budgets for office leases, maintenance and capital projects* Participate in the evaluation and selection of office furniture items, Responsible for ordering and installation of furniture as well as coordination of repairs* Coordinate maintenance and repairs for various office equipment (i.e. postage meter, copiers, vending, etc.)* Facilitate the ordering and maintenance of inventory of stationary supplies, business cards, etc.* Maintain vendor contact list* Prepare offices for new hires* Review and code invoices to be approved by Houston Corporate Services Manager while working within a set budget for all building & facility expenses.* Frequent travel to all North Dakota offices on a routine basis, occasionally traveling to Houston office as needed This job description is not intended to be an all-inclusive list of duties and responsibilities of the position. Minimum Qualifications* High School diploma or GED* 5 years or more experience in building maintenance or related field* Excellent written and oral skills; ability to effectively interact and communicate with all levels of the organization and vendors* Possess sound negotiating skills* Ability to plan and lead projects to successful conclusion* Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Power PointPhysical Requirements* Able to handle exposure to extreme weather conditions and areas where hazardous chemicals are present* Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, climb stairs, kneel, stoop, sit and walk extensively* Must be able to drive extended periods to commute between office locations* Ability to successfully complete a post-offer/pre-employment drug screen, background check, physical, and to be able to meet all physical requirements of the job The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
