Duties:
- Supports Global Administration by providing various administrative support activities as a generalist or in a combination of Disciplines in the administration functional area
- The role will have the ability to work independently and anticipate the needs of the Executives and recommend solutions, from conception to completion, and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.
- Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for specific Executives based in Boise and Woodland: managing their calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; Composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential; arranging upon request complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for travel-related meetings
- Provides a bridge for smooth communication between Vegetables Global team and internal Departments; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support with senior Management staff.
- Performs variety of activities in support Internal communication for Veg business (learning new internal and external practices)- Support in the Veg P&S Newsletter
- Assists with the meeting coordination for large events (hotel bookings, catering, travel arrangements, preparation of event materials, etc)
- Provide high-level, professional support to a large number of principles in a way that optimizes the operational efficiency of these Executives.
- The ability to be proactive and innovative, while maintaining the ability to work independently.
- Develop relationships across business lines and departments.
- Make high-level contacts inside and outside the company.

Qualifications
- College diploma degree (preferred)
- Minimum five (5) years of administrative/clerical experience
- Demonstrated ability to develop trust & cross functional relationships
- Demonstrated ability to work within defined processes and structure
- Ability to multitask and adapt to change.
- Possess organizational skills and time management skills

Additional Information Additional Information Salary for this role is $66,400 - $99,600 per year. What We Offer:
