Job Title: Custodian

Classification:Hourly

Reports To: Plant Manager, Maintenance Team Lead

Department: Plant Administration

Summary of Job

Responsible for maintaining the physical appearance and general sanitation of the plant and/or office facility.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities




  • Support, demonstrate and promote Pregis' core values: integrity, collaboration, customer focus and innovation.
  • Adheres to the highest standards of company safety programs, guidelines, rules, and regulations including all personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements.
  • Housekeeping throughout assigned shift to ensure an orderly and safe environment.
  • Must be able to be flexible with varying job assignments and working conditions.
  • Ensure all sanitation and hygiene supplies are stored in the designated area for safe handling and safe use.
  • Ensure all break areas and front office are stock with coffee, sugar, creamer, etc.
  • Clean and sanitize all public/common areas.
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms and breakrooms.
  • Attends meetings and completes safety trainings as required.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
