Key Responsibilities

  • High volume of customer contacts through phone and email a prior to their renewal date to educate on renewal requirements.
  • Acquire invaluable experience updating and managing your opportunity pipeline in the Salesforce
  • Work proactively, well in advance of product renewal date to provide all the information, pricing, etc that a customer would need in order to execute a timely renewal
  • Determine potential for growth of current customers using established Sales Tools building relationships with Partner Resellers and Distributors and call/email efforts to manage opportunities
  • Being self-sufficient in understanding what you are selling including personal education of products that you are selling
  • Negotiating pricing with customers and Partner VARs
  • Generating quotes for customers
  • Creating/processing orders and following up on orders until fully executed
  • Working with other departments, (ex. Customer Success, Tech Support, etc.), on a regular basis depending on customer needs
  • Identifying additional areas for growth within the customer's environment and generating leads for other teams as necessary

Qualifications

  • Recent college graduate with a Bachelor degree
  • Must be a self-starter that is very organized and efficiently use time on a daily basis
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office and Salesforce.com applications is a must
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to support remote team members, customers, and partners
  • Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship from an employer now or in the future
  • Strong data analysis and communication skills
  • Ability to telework and support a remote team
