WHAT YOU'LL DO:
The CRM Product Owner is responsible for managing and enhancing TruStone's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform to ensure it aligns with business needs, supports customer engagement strategies, and drives growth. This role serves as a vital bridge between business stakeholders, technology teams, and end-users, ensuring that the MRM platform supports TruStone's strategy, mission, and vision. This position requires a strong leader who can collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization, including multiple departments and external vendors. The CRM Product Owner will work closely with the Microsoft Dynamics Developer and other stakeholders to define the CRM strategy and develop the product roadmap.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
Availability to work 40 hours per week Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm at our Plymouth Corporate Office; exempt.

In addition:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, with a strong focus on CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce etc.).
  • Expertise with CRM systems and platforms, preferably Microsoft Dynamics, including experience with system customization, integrations, and reporting.
  • Understanding of data management and CRM analytics, including KPIs and metrics.
  • Familiarity with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps).
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and backlog management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
  • Product Owner certifications are a plus.
  • Understanding of business process management (BPM) and technics such as process mapping and business dashboards.
  • Experience working and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
  • Proven history of managing the end-to-end lifecycle of product development, from ideation to delivery.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable product features.
  • Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple competing priorities.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering value and improving user experience. Compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act and all its provisions.
  • Ability to pass all pre-employment drug tests and various background checks.

WHAT WE OFFER:

The salary range for this position is $81,000 to $101,000 per year. In addition, we offer:
