Responsible for identifying, designing, and implementing process improvements across organization operations to enhance efficiency, quality, and member outcomes. Works collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to evaluate workflows, optimize performance, and drive sustainable changes that align with organizational goals.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
- Leads process improvement initiatives aimed at increasing operational efficiency and improving member outcomes.
- Collaborates with clinical and administrative teams to analyze current workflows and identify areas for improvement.
- Develops and implements strategies and solutions that drive measurable performance improvements.
- Monitors and evaluates the effectiveness of implemented changes and adjusts strategies as needed.
- Establishes metrics and KPIs to track progress and performance across various health plan functions.
- Provides training and support to health plan staff on process improvement methodologies and best practices.
- Identifies and mitigates potential risks associated with new processes and practices.
- Ensures compliance with regulatory standards and health plan policies in all process improvements.
- Performs other duties as assigned

Education
- Bachelor's Degree Healthcare Administration required or Bachelor's Degree Business required or Bachelor's Degree Related Field of Study required or Master's Degree Related Field of Study preferred

Experience
- At least 5-7 years of experience in process improvement or quality management required
- At least 3-5 years of leadership experience required
- At least 3-5 years of experience within a healthcare setting preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Expertise in process improvement methodologies, such as Lean or Six Sigma.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in workflow analysis and optimization.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across departments.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics evaluation.
- Adaptability to evolving needs and challenges within a dynamic healthcare environment.
Working Conditions:
- This is a hybrid role that requires an onsite presence when needed (at least 1x/month); local candidates are preferred
