Gundersen Health System is seeking afull-time Clinical Manager supporting Health Unit Coordinator (HUC) Services, based in La Crosse, WI.

What you will do:

  • Fulfill a 1.0 FTE; salaried position
  • Monday-Friday, no weekends or holidays *supports 24/7 unit, off hours occur based on department need.
  • Promote standardized workflow processes and coordination of HUC staff throughout the hospital to optimize HUC resources in meeting patient care needs.
  • Manage and lead a team of approximately 85 stafftoensure optimal functioning in day-to-day HUC operations for the hospital.
  • Work collaboratively with the Clinical Manager colleagues and Clinical Operations Director to achieve department strategic goals

What you need:
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in a related field, health related field preferred
  • 5-7 years of experience in health care demonstrating leadership skills, supervisory skills preferred.
  • Ideal candidate will:
