Job Description eneral Responsibilities: Primarily perform field testing of building enclosure assemblies (e.g. windows, air barrier, roofing) in the Nashville area. Additional duties may include on-site observation of construction progress or general office tasks. Communicate with project manager, engineering technicians, client representative, contractor's representative and others as applicable regarding the construction site and project requirements. Testing will require the loading, unloading, and transportation of equipment, rough carpentry to fabricate test apparatus, setting up hose and pumps, working from heights including rooftops, operation of boom lift, scissor lift, and suspended scaffolding. Tabulate, prepare, and submit data and observations in the form of digital reports for daily transmittal to the Terracon Project Manager. Maintain and clean equipment, vehicles and work areas.
