Job Details

Join our team as a key player in Executive Communications! In this role, you will work closely with the Senior Director to craft impactful executive-level correspondence and strategic messaging that supports our CEO and enterprise leadership. If you're a collaborative communicator with a passion for shaping powerful narratives and making a meaningful impact at the highest levels of our organization, we'd love to have you on board!

  • Research, write, and prepare remarks, talking points, executive-level correspondence and strategic messaging for the CEO and other executive leaders, as needed
  • Develop consistent briefing approach to support customer engagements, meetings and presentations for CEO that incorporates key messages about leadership vision, company strategy, and future opportunities
  • Work cross functionally and build strong relationships with key organizational stakeholders (finance, strategy, sales, legal, etc.) to stay up to date on latest activities and information, while ensuring consistent messaging and alignment across CEO communications
  • Lead enterprise-wide town halls including agenda development, planning, speaker preparation, and execution with the support of the Senior Specialist, Executive Communications
  • Support briefings and speaker preparation for the CEO including occasional travel to events or speaking engagements
  • Oversee briefings for Executive Chairman to prepare for key speaking engagements
  • Engage senior executives strategically, professionally and with confidence

Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, communications, marketing, strategy or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four year Bachelor's Degree Program. Normally requires a minimum of eight (8) years directly related and progressively responsible experience.

  • Exceptional writer with experience drafting executive-level communications and speeches and ability to adapt writing to the audience and stakeholder
  • Strong verbal and written communicator with strategic communications and/or marketing communications experience
  • Strong collaboration skills and superior organization
  • Ability to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Not afraid to innovate and propose new ideas
  • Experience managing, overseeing, and supporting the production of large-scale events
  • Manage swift delivery and turnaround of deliverables and follow up
  • Strong executive presence and business acumen
