Position Summary: The CNC Programming Engineer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing CNC programs for various machining operations. This role requires an advanced understanding of machining processes, materials, and tooling, as well as the ability to interpret technical drawings and CAD models. The ideal candidate will partner and collaborate closely with design engineers and machinists to ensure programs meet specifications and quality standards. Additionally, the CNC Programming Engineer will troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CNC programming, conduct test runs and simulations, and continuously improve machining processes to enhance productivity and reduce cycle times.
