As the Manager, Procurement, you will be responsible for leading our global procurement and contract management process. In this strategic role, you will oversee our purchasing process, lead strategic sourcing initiatives, negotiate favorable commercial terms with vendors, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to use innovative strategies to stretch budgets. You will also develop and refine procurement policies and procedures, accelerate our end-to-end purchasing life cycle, explore opportunities for software enablement, and promote financial accountability across the organization. What you'll do:
Develop and execute the company's global procurement strategy to optimize cost, quality, and risk Lead and manage the end-to-end sourcing process, including RFPs, contract negotiations, and supplier selection Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, driving performance and continuous improvement Partner with internal stakeholders (Finance, Legal, IT, HR, and business units) to align procurement goals with business needs Manage and mentor a high-performing procurement team Implement and manage procurement systems and tools Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations Track and report on key procurement KPIs and cost savings initiatives
What you'll need:
6+ years of relevant, progressive experience with 2+ years of experience managing, leading and mentoring direct reports Expertise in procurement or supply chain leadership. Candidates with industry certifications (CPSM, PCM, CSCP, etc.) will stand out Experience managing key spend categories (Enterprise software, IT, facilities, professional services). Familiarity with the tech/SaaS industry will be highly valuable Experience building procurement policies, processes, and governance frameworks Strong understanding of supplier risk, contract compliance, data privacy, and regulatory issues, as well as contract terms, SLAs, and negotiation best practices Results-oriented, metrics-driven mindset with strong influential leadership Ability to use data and analytics tools to analyze and optimize spending Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to lead and facilitate cross-functional purchasing initiatives Ability to drive results through your job competencies of influence, strategic execution and talent development Ability to drive results through NAVEX core competencies of accountability, customer focus, drives results and instills trust

Every team member is required to have a career plan in place, to be reviewed with their manager after six months in our team. The starting pay range for this role is $130,000+ with 5% MBO. Pay progression based on your performance.
