Mopar Commodity Manager

The Mopar Supply Chain Commodity Manager is responsible for leading efforts to ensure a portfolio of parts are available to support the Stellantis dealer body orders to meet customer expectations with world class service.

The Commodity Manager leads a team of professionals driven to resolve supply delays and disruptions to achieve revenue and profitability targets for Mopar aftersales. The goal is to ultimately support our customers with availability of the right part, right place, right time. This critical role leads cross-functional teams to resolve any, and all, issues inhibiting robust supply of parts from external suppliers.

The ideal candidate will lead by example focusing on innovative thinking and demonstrating the ability to challenge the status quo. Experience developing a team, leading with collaboration, mentorship, trust, and developing mutual respect required. In the fast-paced role, successful Managers are agile, strategic thinkers who are comfortable developing business plans and presenting to all levels of the organization.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience
• Demonstrated ability to lead team to achieve objectives
• Strong problem solving, analytical ability and presentation skills
• Agility to manage multiple tasks and initiatives simultaneously
• Self-motivated, driven to succeed
• Flexible and comfortable with ambiguity
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree
• Experience working with automotive suppliers
• Experience with aftermarket supply and/or dealerships
