We are seeking a dedicated and experienced IT Contracts Manager to join our team in Wisconsin. If you have a passion for contract management and a knack for negotiating and managing IT service agreements, we want to hear from you! Location: Wisconsin Key Responsibilities: * Contract Management/Paralegal Work: * Negotiate and manage contract life cycles with a focus on technology or IT service agreements. * Ensure all contracts are compliant with company policies and legal requirements. * Stakeholder Communication: * Provide clear and concise contract overviews, including summaries of key contract terms, risks, opportunities, and service delivery guidelines, to stakeholders. * Vendor Management: * Administer commercial and financial arrangements with vendors, including billing, invoicing, performance incentives, and remedies where appropriate. * Collaborate with vendors and key stakeholders to establish clear contract change control processes. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
