Job Description:
Our client is currently looking to hire an inspection technician for an entry-level opening. This role offers a great opportunity to learn and grow in the field of security systems. No prior experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided. Responsibilities: * Verify proper operation of security systems and prepare accurate documentation of work performed. * Prepare inspection and deficiency reports for submission to management. * Interface with service management to ensure all work is scheduled and handled efficiently. * Communicate with customers to explain work performed and address their questions. * Resolve customer concerns quickly and effectively to ensure satisfaction and a positive experience. * Maintain and organize truck inventory (parts and tools) to respond promptly to customer needs. * Adhere to company safety policies and procedures. * Demonstrate a strong work ethic and attention to detail. * Perform other duties as assigned. Skills Required: * Security camera installation * CCTV systems * Electrical systems * Alarm systems Top Skills: * Security camera expertise Additional Skills & Qualifications: * Knowledge of security cameras is a plus. * Reliable transportation, a clean driving record and other prior tests/checks. Experience Level: * Entry Level Work day is a standard 8-5 pm - but about 50% of the time, the role may have different hours depending on the customer. For example - Costco wont let them do the work during business hours, so a project there may be outside biz hours. This position also requires monthly travel to outer islands. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
