Duals Outreach & Enrollment Manager, Experienced - Los Angeles County/San Fernando Valley

Your Role

The Duals Outreach & Enrollment Manager is responsible for planning and executing beneficiary education, enrollment, community events, meetings, and conducting provider education and outreach for the purpose of growth and retention. The Duals Outreach & Enrollment Manager will report to the Senior Manager, Duals Outreach and Enrollment. In this role you will be responsible for presenting dual products to potential and existing members and providers and holding face-to-face meetings in group or individual settings including public places, homes, or other offices throughout Los Angeles County, primarily in the San Fernando Valley.

Your Knowledge and Experience

• Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Requires at least 3 years of prior relevant experience
• Medi-Cal and Medicare experience and knowledge required
• Knowledge and experience working with Providers required
• California State Health and Life License preferred
• Knowledge encompassing good grasp of concepts, practices and procedures in sales, marketing, outreach, and customer service
