Position Summary:

Responsibilities: Essential Duties

• Calls on current customers and prospects; provides technical, marketing, and administrative product information and demonstrations; quotes appropriate customer prices using online quoting system.
• Provides product specific information for the best therapeutic outcome for patient. Effectively explain advanced characteristics and features of Neuro products to Operating Room staff & Surgeon.
• Provide clinical support in surgeries, troubleshooting, and follow ups in hospitals and clinics.
• Provides training and in-services for Neurosurgical equipment.
• Responds to customer needs, requirements and problems in accordance with Company policy, acts as liaison between customer and Neuro Business Unit, Customer Service, and Credit departments
• Maintains account records and reports activities and submits as required
• Manages and submits sales expenses in accordance with budget
• Has strong relationships within the neuro/ENT/plastic space
• Supported cases in the operating room
• Has some c-level suite selling experience
• Understandings of both capital and consumables sales
• Comfortable calling on OR, clinics and other locations.

Effectively manages personal sales sample inventory and ensure Setworld product is returned in a timely manner per company SOP.

• Judgement is required in resolving all day-to-day problems.
• Has a strong hunter and famer approach to selling
• Interacts with internal and/or external clients and customers to negotiate and interpret information on projects and unit operations. May consult with senior management.

Expertise: Qualifications -Education/Experience/Training/Etc

Required:

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 02-04 years related experience required.
• Regular and predictable attendance

Compensation: $65,030 - $81,287 (Plus Incentive Compensation)
