Job Title: Analytical Chemistry/Scientist Job Type: Full-Time Experience Level: Mid-Level (3-5 Years) Department: R&D / Quality Control / Analytical Services Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced person in a Analytical Chemistry Lab with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Liquid Chromatography (LC) and UV-Vis Spectroscopy. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting product development, quality control, and analytical method development/validation activities. You'll be working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, contributing to the success of our scientific and manufacturing goals. Key Responsibilities: Perform routine and non-routine analysis using LC (HPLC or UPLC) and UV-Vis spectroscopy for raw materials, intermediates, and finished products. Develop, optimize, and validate analytical methods in accordance with ICH and regulatory guidelines. Interpret and report analytical results with high attention to accuracy and precision. Troubleshoot analytical instrumentation and methods as needed. Maintain laboratory records in compliance with GLP/GMP and internal QA/QC protocols. Collaborate cross-functionally with formulation scientists, production teams, and QA personnel. Participate in equipment qualification, calibration, and preventive maintenance activities. Prepare technical documents including SOPs, validation protocols, and analytical reports. Stay current with developments in analytical technology and regulatory expectations. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or a related scientific field. 3-5 years of industry experience in an analytical laboratory setting. Strong expertise in LC techniques (HPLC/UPLC) and UV-Visible spectroscopy. Familiarity with regulatory environments (e.g., FDA, cGMP, ICH guidelines). Proficient with data reporting Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment. Preferred Qualifications: Prior work in pharmaceutical, biotech, or chemical manufacturing industries. Experience with method transfer and stability studies.
