- A minimum of 10 years project management, client services or consultant experience with at least 7 years of management experience. Experience in the healthcare industry is strongly preferred.

- Understanding of Broadspire product lines and operations
- Knowledge of risk management services
- Strong knowledge of project management (process and people)
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, decision making, follow through and leadership talents
- Strong knowledge of software productivity tools (i.e., spreadsheet, word processing, Microsoft Project and data base applications)

- Ability to meet travel requirements

- Provides leadership in conceptualizing project approaches and solutions for external client implementation projects.
- Oversees the development of detailed project plans, communication plans, schedules, role definitions and risk management.
- Identifies and resolves complex project/program tasks and issues; proactively put plans in place to prevent future issues.
- Manages and directs implementation personnel. Established performance objectives and personal development targets and regularly provides coaching for performance improvement and development.
- Recruits, screens, interviews and hires employees to ensure appropriate staffing of the implementation unit.
- Directs and manages the efforts of the project teams to deliver results within expected time frames by setting and enforcing project philosophies, encouraging and recognizing teamwork, and creatively and positively addressing cultural challenges.
- Monitors and evaluates the effectiveness of implementation and develops strategies for continuous quality improvement. Manages project activities, client expectations, and project team members to ensure success criteria are met within budget and on schedule.
- Works directly with clients to communicate project status and resolve issues related to project status and deliverables. Facilitates requirements analysis and process mapping sessions to capture client configuration requirements.
- Participates actively in business development/sales to include but not limited to, developing proposals; responding to RFPs, developing project approaches/solutions, sizing and pricing of projects.
- Assists sales/account management personnel with presentations, proposal preparation and pricing.
- Estimates resources requirements based on project scope approach and plan and assemble multi-disciplinary teams
