This opportunity is in the Information Technology department.

Role Description:

As a Lead Technical Support Engineer I, you will guide the Service Desk support and access administration team to ensure timely, secure, and high-quality IT support operations. You'll play a key role in driving continuous improvement by identifying training opportunities, mentoring team members, and leading initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction. You'll be instrumental in ensuring incidents and requests are fulfilled within service level agreements (SLAs), tracking ticket trends, maintaining IT announcements, and participating in after-hours support. With your strong technical expertise in Windows systems, Active Directory, and identity management, you'll also collaborate with infrastructure and security teams to uphold operational excellence and compliance. Qualifications:

Education:



  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.


Required Qualifications:



  • Minimum of 3 or more years of experience in Information Technology or a related field.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Responsible, dependable, and accountable demeanor.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Active Directory, and network fundamentals.
  • Experience working with identity management platforms such as Active Directory.
  • Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
  • This position allows for a hybrid work schedule which includes a minimum of 3 days per week in our St. Louis Corporate Office, located at 1832 Schuetz Rd. Saint Louis, MO. All employees are required to submit work from home requests and follow our Work From Home policy, which will be provided to all candidates selected to interview.


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Two or more professional certifications within the job area.
  • Okta Certified.
  • ITIL Certified.
  • ServiceNow experience.

Compensation for the successful candidate will consider the candidate's particular combination of knowledge, skills, competencies, experience and geographic location.
