The Web Developer supports the Sponsor's initiative to create a marketing strategy and organizational brand that better communicates the service offerings across the IC. The Web Developer also supports a Sponsor led Customer Engagement Team (CET) focusing on formalizing customer outreach and communication, identifying growth opportunities, and assessing department impact.

• Develop a new Sponsor website design for Talkabout and SharePoint sites
• Design includes a development, testing, and implementation plans in compliance with the Sponsor technical standards and policies and the latest User Experience and Accessibility standards and aligns with the Sponsor's Customer Engagement Strategy
• Create metrics functions for monitoring and collecting data regarding usage and performance
• Create an implementation plan for the new website including the retirement of the current website
• Meet regularly with stakeholders and managers to review business and functional requirements and to determine project scopes and specifications
• Make small edits requested by customers, develop plans for completing larger

Required:

• Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI with polygraph clearance
• A bachelor's degree in systems engineering, computer science, computer information systems, or computer engineering
• Eight (8) to 10 (ten) years of relevant experience.
• Five (5) years of experience of website development
• Strong interpersonal and networking skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships
• High level of creativity and innovative design skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in planning and developing websites across multiple products and organizations

Desired:

• Experience with SharePoint and Word Press
• Experience developing web pages on Intelink
