Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Lead Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Salesforce development and administration to join the Client team in Oakland, USA. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of hands-on experience, excellent stakeholder communication skills, and the ability to coordinate with offshore teams effectively. This role requires deep technical expertise in Salesforce custom development, administration configuration, and integration while providing leadership in delivering high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions, including custom Apex development, Lightning components, and administration configurations.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Oversee Salesforce administration tasks, including user management, security settings, workflow automation, and data management.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with offshore teams, ensuring smooth project execution and timely deliverables.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware solutions, and third-party tools.
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, security standards, and governance policies.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and administrators.
- Perform code reviews, unit testing, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal system performance.
- Stay up to date with Salesforce platform updates, industry trends, and new features to drive innovation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 8+ years of Salesforce development experience, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and API integrations.
- Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce administration, including workflows, process automation, security, and user management.
- Expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Experience working in Agile development environments and using DevOps tools like Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Proficiency in working with offshore development teams and managing project deliverables.
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills with the ability to present technical solutions to business users.
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and debugging skills.
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Administrator, and Application Architect are preferred.
Compensation
Estimated Pay Range: $81470.00 - $83000.00 USD
Exact compensation and offers of employment are dependent on circumstances of each case and will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, licenses or certifications, and location.
