Job Title: Project Manager Duration: 06 Months (Possible extension) Location: 100% Remote Description: Oversees the tasks/activities and business resources associated with lab-of-the-future related projects, providing coordination of project related communications to stakeholders, maintenance of project status, and escalation of project delays to the leadership team. Responsibilities: The project manager will have responsibilities across 4 key workstreams of the lab-of-the-future (Operational Excellence, Test Method Automation/Remediation, Compliance, and Digital) helping to drive the on-time execution of project deliverables to achieve overall objectives. In addition to those noted previously, the Project Manager's responsibilities will include, financial spend oversight and plan vs. actual reporting, resource capacity analysis, maintenance of meeting notes and action items, and tracking of key performance indicators for overall project health. Qualifications: A successful candidate in this role will have a strong project coordination/management skillset, a background in pharmaceutical laboratory science, and keen attention to detail. Candidate shall have experience in the use of common project management tools (Microsoft Project, SmartSheet, etc.), business communication tools (Microsoft Teams, Microsoft SharePoint, PowerBI), and be highly skilled in creation and editing of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel documents.
